An Unbeatable Guide to Manage School Projects

So during the COVID-19 crisis, we have school projects to make presentations and they’re kinda hard.

So first, you need to understand what you need to achieve and your goal/topic. Next, you need to get an understanding of your team members and their personality. You need to come up with a time schedule and use it. After that, you need to get a clear understanding of your topic and right on the first day, you need to start making your project. You need to avoid arguments and needless time-wasting such as leader elections because peace and harmony are key to work better. Now do so needed research and complete your project. Only use good sources and use some extensions like Grammarly to ensure good grammar and spelling. Try to connect your audience by asking questions and keeping data overwhelming low. Don’t use bad fonts and try to make your slides bright to bring awareness to your audience. Ask questions to have interactivity. Don’t makeup data. If you’re gonna show data to people, it better be really real or you’re in trouble. Try to do your project with patience and do it carefully. A mistake that’s visible is a mistake that could be fixed.

Now some basics are out. Let’s look at some more complex stuff that’s helpful.

  • If you have that one person that won’t do anything, try to ignore them and not waste time on convincing them do work.
  • Using a fixed and planned schedule to do work is good
  • If you get into an argument, try to calmly agree. Arguing will waste time
  • Don’t waste time that is left over.
  • Write on topics that aren’t going to cause too much Q/A

So I only have that much to say.
