Why You Should NEVER Eat The ‘Clean’ Part Of Mouldy Bread

Many people like bread and butter, even I like it but bread doesn’t last for very long. This becomes a problem when children ask their mothers for bread but it turns out, the bread has mould on it, some mothers just cut off the mouldy part and give the ‘clean’ part to their children. But if a parent does this, their child will definitely have a stomach ache but why?

It turns out that there is actually no ‘clean’ part to mouldy bread and even if you cut off the visible mould, chances are that there is a lot of mould left in the ‘clean’ piece of bread, and eating bread with mould will definitely make you very sick, it can lead to life-threatning situations as well. I say life-threatening because food poisoning from mould is unquestionably not a joke, if you do take this as a joke then be ready to be in life-threatening situations. That last line sounds a bit wrong but I just wanted to let you know about how serious this is. So ok, you’ve understood how serious mould poisoning is, now let me tell you how mould can be invisible to the naked eye! But before I tell you about mould, here is an ad.

The roots that mould has are not visible to us this means that we can only see the ‘top’ part of the mould. The roots of mould spread as well which means that the roots of mould can pass through theinside of the bread. This means that the roots of the mould can spread to the ‘clean’ part of the bread. This just proves that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence because even though we can’t see the mould, it is probably there. So what to do? Well, just look at the expiry date and throw away the bread if it has passed the date, don’t think about cutting off the mouldy part of the bread to eat the visibly ‘clean’ part. So, don’t eat mouldy bread.
