All of us has many numbers of favourite food item. Hope you like pizza, hope you like pasta, hope you like noodles. But my question is that what you would prefer in the option of Healthy food and tasty food. Thinking………Probably you would prefer tasty food. Me??? I would prefer healthy food.
The importance of healthy food is to remain fit and away from diseases and much more. Workout is also important with healthy food. At old times people use to prefer healthy food by now we only need tasty food. Celebrities work very hard to remain fit. Many healthy foods can make us beautiful like by eating coconut the person becomes blonde. Healthy food is good for our body like carrot for good eyes. Different types of healthy food can help us in different ways. Examples – Green Vegetables like Spinach, bitter gourd, Cabbage etc. The importance of tasty food is less. People chooses tasty food because they think that healthy food would not taste good. There is nothing tasty nothing insane the thing you like is tasty and the thing you don’t like is insane. But it is not necessary that healthy food would not taste good. I love to eat bitter gourd but people say that it is the most bitter vegetable. I know you might be thinking that the vegetables name itself is bitter gourd but don’t go on name.
Eating healthy food is good and amazing. One weekend we just dive in McDonald’s. I agree that Sunday is a cheap day and I will not say that do not eat your favourite food but always eat it in limit. Thanks for reading and I’ll see you next time.
