Do you take care of your health? Health is more important than wealth. Some are fat like a basketball and some are slim as a Stick and some have Six packs . Many actors and celebrity maintain their self. Going gym is not the only way to be fit, we can be fit by doing some simple exercise also: –
1. Use stairs to climb up your home. Many people say that our home is at higher floor, I always reply that Climb 3-4 floor up and then take lift.
2. Wake up Early at morning and sleep early at night. I have saw many people that they sleep at 12 pm -1 pm and wake up at 10 am – 12 am. This advice is for those. 3. Eat jaggery and drink hot water when you wake up at morning. Or only drink hot water with lemon and honey, Sprouts, Dry fruits or cereals at breakfast and we have to take fruit with every meal. And always have a light dinner.
4. Do yoga, Aerobics, Tabata, Meditation, go for a morning walk, cycling, skipping to get healthy and keep your mind fresh.
5. Sunday is a cheat day like sleep half an hour extra, less workout, a little junk food and less work.
These are small exercise but useful for us. If you will follow these then you will maintain yourself. Thank You
