Success is a common word about which all have heard of, but we believe that only a few people get to be successful. We often leave everything behind and run behind success, and we often picture success as a medal in the neck or signing autographs, however that is not real success. Real success is not only hitting the target. It is what we get as a fruit. In this blog, I am going to take an example of school and students.
Nowadays, even in school, there is a ranking system and most parents want their child to top the class; but, never realize that their child is not learning anything or enjoying the process of learning. They keep pressurizing children who then come under the impression that they are losers if they don’t top.
By this, they do not learn anything but keep learning the concepts for the sake of it, but don’t know, rather don’t care to understand, why it is being taught, or what the real-life applications of it are.
After they enter the real world they will regret having done that and will think what was the whole point of their “success”.
Instead, if the parents tell them to enjoy the process of learning, and develop them in the field they are interested they will be the most successful people in the future.
I would like to conclude by saying that true success is not what we achieve from sacrificing everything and yet not being happy of it; it is what we achieve by putting our heart into it and be happy and proud of it.
