The name of the dish is Greek Flatbreads. The ingredients required are
- Purchased pizza dough
- Cornmeal
- 1/4 cup artichoke tapenade
- 4 ounces fontina cheese shredded (1 cup)
- I cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup halved pitted Kalamata
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced or chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
This quantity of ingredients is for 6 people. You can divide/multiply them depending upon the number of people.
The steps to make the dish are as follows.
Step 1- Preheat oven to 232.222 degrees celsius.
Step 2- Lightly grease a baking sheet and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Step 3- Divide dough in half.
Step 4- On a lightly floured surface roll and stretch each half of dough into a 12×4-inch oval.
Step 5- Brush with olive oil.
Step 6- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7- Divide artichoke tapenade(you can even use other desired tapenade or bruschetta topping) between dough; spread evenly.
Step 8- Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 9- Top with tomatoes, olives, and red onions.
Step 10- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Step 11- Top with parsley.
Step 12 – Cut each flatbread into 3 pieces.
Your Greek Flatbreads are ready.
